  • How long does it take to receive my order?

  • For KANKANA Play Sofa orders: Dispatch period is 2- 4 weeks after you've completed placing an order.
  • For orders without KANKANA Play Sofa: We work immediately to dispatch your order after completing receiving the order.
  • If you placed an order of KANKANA Play Sofa with other items, the whole order will be dispatch together as one, as soon as your KANKANA is ready for delivery.

For customers in Eastern Region same day shipping or next day, the rest of Saudi 3 days up to 7 days. 

*PRE-ORDER items will be shipped as soon as received at our warhorses. Feel free to contact us to know more.  

  • Where do you ship to?

 We ship locally  in Saudi Arabia only.

  • Can I shop from Tarkeebah when I am in Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, or UAE?

Yes we receive orders from local costumers and International.

Costumers can shop through our website or Instagram.

  • How do I make sure of the size of the product?

We offer in the product description detailed dimension and weight.

  • Can I shop using my phone?

Yes, through Mobile web page and computer website 

  • Do you offer gift wrap?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping service at the check out page with 89SR charge using Sarah's Silk sustainable gift wrapping.

  • How will I know if I placed my order successfully?

You will receive a receipt in Email inbox that you provided in you account, once you successfully completed the payment on our website.

  • How long does it take to ship

Once the payment is completed our system automatically and immediately informs our warehouse to prepare your order and ship it through a courier company. Except for PRE orders and KANKANA Orders. 

 

SHIPPING

  • Can I return my order?

Within 3 days from receiving the order, If the costumer wish to return the order, the products has to be in the exact shape the costumer received it with no any harm in the exterior or interior of the products and shipping chargers will be covered by the costumer.
